Castrolanda’s feed mill located in Castro/PR is one of the main animal nutrition production centers in the cooperative segment in Brazil. With a track record of annual volumes exceeding 390 thousand tons in recent periods, the facility reflects a continuous movement to expand manufacturing capacity to meet the cooperative’s internal demands.

The operation has four production lines and robust pelletizing processes, responsible for transforming raw materials into feed with high nutritional quality standards, aligned with the technical requirements of cooperative members and the market.

To ensure control, compliance and efficiency in a large-scale production environment, the facility integrates Nexxus’s automation platform with the SAP ERP system, ensuring visibility from input receiving through to dispatch, with precise and timely automated traceability.
