Today, the correct traceability process requires you to track from inside the factory outward, to whoever received the feed, or from outside inward—we need to perform traceability in less than one hour. That’s the traceability required by MAPA. You need to be fully capable of identifying your product’s suppliers, what dosages you performed, where your product went, everything that happened.
