Cooperativa Capul, based in Unaí/MG, presented Nexxus with an important challenge: to modernize a semi-automated factory, raising the level of control, efficiency and operational availability. The project involved the complete upgrade of pelleted feed and nucleus production lines, encompassing everything from electrical power and control installations, lighting and SPDA grounding, to the construction and adaptation of electrical power and control panels.

To ensure a more integrated and reliable operation, Nexxus implemented high-availability automation software that centralized process control and ensured total production traceability, in addition to integration with TOTVS ERP.

With 24/7 technical support and the structural expansions carried out, Capul achieved significant gains in production volume and operational efficiency, establishing itself as a benchmark in industrial automation in the animal nutrition sector.
