GFS – Global Feed Solutions, based in Apucarana, PR, is expanding its industrial facilities to strengthen its market presence. The new plant features the Nexxus MES automation system, implemented to support this expansion with greater efficiency.

Aligned with Industry 4.0 concepts, the solution integrates processes, provides complete production traceability, and ensures a high level of operational control. In compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the system also contributes to standardization, quality, and food safety.

The project also includes continuous technical support from Nexxus—available 24/7/365—ensuring high availability and reliability across operations.
