Complete automation provided by Nexxus transforms the production process of YaraVita Sumaré.

Inaugurated in 2018, the YaraVita Sumaré/SP industrial plant is one of the most modern foliar fertilizer production units in Brazil and Yara’s first facility outside Europe to operate with this technology. With capacity to produce 40 million liters of foliar fertilizers per year, the unit is a benchmark for efficiency and innovation in the sector.

To sustain this level of excellence, YaraVita adopted a fully automated production process with Nexxus’s batch solution: from raw material receiving, through formulation, dosing, grinding and dispersion, to the filling lines by manufacturer Zegla.

With this automation, the operation gained greater control and traceability, as well as more agile and reliable processes. The result is a factory prepared to meet growing market demand and keep YaraVita at the forefront of foliar fertilizer production in the country.
